I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Shipping times vary as we do ship nationwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. We do our best to ship items quickly to the address provided. Please allow 2-3 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-7 business days.

Tracking numbers will be provided upon production completion. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at cs@blessedlifecollection.com.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email at cs@blessedlifecollection.com. If the given address is wrong please notify us at cs@blessedlifecollection.com within 24 hours and provide the correct address. No refunds will be given for incorrect submissions.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If the product is defective or damaged we offer a 100% money back guarantee. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery confirmation and proof of defect for a full refund. Please email us at cs@blessedlifecollection.com with your full name, order number, and picture of defected items to initiate the return process. Once your defected product has been reviewed and approved, refund processing for the original purchase to the original payment method will begin.
Please note: Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Can I cancel my order?
No. Unfortunately, as soon as orders are placed the production process begins. Please be certain of your orders before hitting submit.
